The Service helps you configure mailboxes and run controlled outbound mail activity between accounts you control, for deliverability warmup and related monitoring. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for compliance with mail provider policies, anti-spam laws, and consent rules.

Your responsibilities

• You represent that you own or have permission to use every mailbox you connect.
• You will not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk mail, harass anyone, or violate provider acceptable use policies.
• You will keep credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You understand that mailbox providers may throttle, block, or reject mail based on reputation, content, or technical signals outside our control.

AI-generated content

If you enable optional AI drafting features, you are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, legality, and compliance before sending. We do not guarantee outputs from third-party AI providers.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google OAuth, mail providers, hosting platforms, and optional AI APIs. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.

Fees

The Service may be free or paid depending on your deployment. If fees apply, they will be described at checkout or in a separate order form.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR ANY SPECIFIC DELIVERABILITY OUTCOME.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100), IF NO FEES APPLIED.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, or if required by law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law
